1.Parents have no time 2.Grandpas or grandmas try to control 3.Boys without telling any body they go for having drinks 4.Some time grandpa asks them but they say going for study 5.Grandma/grandpa being old enough can not control boys

It is ultimately up to the parents, but if the parents don’t then the grandparents. And trust me grandparents have lived and been through enough to know when they are being lied to. And if that is not happening it is up to a friend who cares enough to say something. Alcohol can be just as addictive and deadly as drugs.

The parents made time to make the darlings so they need to make time to direct what they are doing and getting into. I know it is not alwys the parents fault, there are good parents out there who try really hard with a child who just does whatever they want. But in the end of this scenario the law will control these kids if no one else can. Sad.
