not sure bout a chip but you can get anti drinking pills from the doctors if you drink whilst on them it makes you really ill.this is only if the person wants help and is willing to take them.x References :
I think there is something you can have implanted into your stomach. I think George Best had it done but he learned how to stop it working. How you qualify for one or how much it costs I’m afraid I don’t know. It might be worth asking your doc. I’ve been thinking about it myself for some time. References :
