Correct. Some people are genetically predisposed to becoming an acohololic. So when in doubt, avoid it–that’s why Dr. Phil avoids it!

The simple answer should be no, don’t drink, the problem is that the people with a problem can’t manage to do this without support, and only then if they really want to stop.

i think you still should but only on special occasion or just set a certain amount of alcohol to drink and ask a friend to stop you from going over it
