Does drinking alcohol affect birth control? I just wanted to know because I dont want my pill to stop working because of it.
No it does not affect you b/c the only thing that will or could affect it would be antibiotics.
I have been on it for 10 years and alcohol has definatly not made it inaffective

Ive never heard of alcohol causing your bc not to work. The only thing I have ever heard was an antobotic will cause it not to work properly. Just monitor what you drink. If your still a little worried, you can call a pharmacy and ask them.

No, alcohol won’t affect your birth control but it will your judgement. Some antibiotics and other medications will however.
