Negative and possibly positive effects…long term and short term effects..?
The immediate effects are loss of inhibitions and coordination, which for a teenager aren’t desirable because even without alcohol, teens can be persuaded to do things they don’t want to rather easily. Short term would be irritability and lethargy and long term is neurological damage. The brain is still developing until the age of about 21 so alcohol could impair this.
What are really the effects of moderate teen drinking?
