For men, doctors recommend no more thatn 2 drinks/day. For women, no more than 1 drink/per day.
One drink would be 1 four oz. glass of wine, 1 twelve oz. beer, or 1 one oz. shot of hard liquor.
If you’re drinking falls within these boundries, you are fine.

No very little. The risk you state are very very small as most people that drink socially never become the heavy drinking party animal. The health benefits are out weight the risks.
